1. Introduction and Purpose of Donations The Whale Defense Agency (WDA) is committed to eradicating the threat of whaling through innovative direct action, advanced technology, and former military. Our efforts require substantial financial resources that simply a smaller NGO does not require, as we need to fund the construction and operation of advanced vessels like the M/V Barracuda, The APV, and the HSHS platform, among many others not yet revealed which will serve as a primary weapon in our anti-whaling campaigns. Contributing to this campaign, you are not simply donating money to the next Greenpeace; you are becoming an integral part of a movement aimed at securing a future where whales roam free, unthreatened by harpoons and exploitation, where direct action and results matter. Still, we can only achieve these results through the correct donor funding.

2. Donation Structure and Fund Allocation When you donate to the Whale Defense Agency, your contribution is allocated toward the construction, equipment, maintenance, and operation of our anti-whaling vessels, including the M/V Barracuda and others. While we may provide symbolic “ownership” certificates for selected parts of the vessel, these do not confer any legal claim or ownership over any component or the vessel itself. All donations go directly to supporting WDA’s mission of safeguarding whales from whaling operations, and this policy is reserved for all donors, no matter if you just donate on your own, or through a specific crowdfunding program by the Whale Defense Agency.

• Particulars of Symbolic Ownership: If you opt to “adopt” a part of the vessel, you will receive a certificate that symbolizes your contribution. This certificate represents a gesture of support for the construction of the vessel, but does not imply any real ownership or entitlement to claim physical parts, rights, or responsibilities related to the vessel.
• Donor Contributions: Each donation you make contributes to the overall costs associated with the vessel’s construction, maintenance, and deployment in our anti-whaling efforts. We strive for transparency and will use your funds where they are most needed to ensure our mission’s success.
  
  

3. No Goods or Services in Exchange for Donations Donors should understand that their contribution is a charitable gift made to support our mission. We do not offer any products or services in exchange for donations, unless otherwise clearly stated. While we may offer symbolic tokens or thank-you gifts, these are not to be construed as purchases or entitlements.

4. Disclaimer and Rights Your donation is non-refundable. By contributing to WDA, you agree to relinquish any demand for physical delivery or ownership of any vessel parts. The donor is aware that their financial contribution supports the WDA’s Anti-Whaling Program but does not entitle them to any material possession, rights, or responsibilities in relation to the vessel or any of its components or operations.

5. Donor Recognition and Benefits We value every supporter and are proud to publicly acknowledge those who stand with us in the fight to save whales. Depending on the donation level that you choose, you may be entitled to specific benefits, for our vessels like the following:

• Recognition on the Vessel: As a token of our appreciation, the names of all donors will be engraved on the vessel or displayed on a plaque or through a flying flag on a campaign, on the mast of a ship, or inside the vessel. This public recognition highlights your commitment to defending whales and showcases your vital role in making the M/V Barracuda and other platforms and vessels we fund a reality.
• Exclusive Access: Donors in specific tiers may be invited to special events related to the M/V Barracuda. This could include the opportunity to visit the vessel once it is completed, where you can see firsthand the results of your donation, and take part in a campaign, turn the ship under supervision, or propel the ship at speed, under specific donation options.
• Tiered Donation Rewards: We offer varying levels of donations, each with unique benefits. From symbolic certificates of ownership for selected parts to access to exclusive events, your contribution will be celebrated in a manner befitting its significance. The minimum donation level required for event access is around $5 to $10, and our higher levels may include additional rewards.

Pricing and Availability Please note that the prices listed for symbolic adoption of parts or other donation options are indicative and may change based on market conditions, manufacturing costs, and the ongoing financial needs of the WDA’s operations. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly, but all funds raised will contribute directly to our anti-whaling campaign and the funding of vessels like the M/V Barracuda.

7. Legal Terms and Conditions

• No Transfer of Ownership or Rights: Your donation does not transfer any legal or financial ownership to you, nor does it grant you any direct control over the vessel, its components, or its operation.
• Use of Funds: While we aim to use your funds specifically for the construction of the M/V Barracuda and its support systems, please understand that your donation may be applied to other operational needs as required to support our broader anti-whaling strategy. We guarantee that all funds will be used with the utmost integrity, in line with WDA’s mission to defend whales.
• Liability and Limitations: The Whale Defense Agency is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your donation. By donating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WDA from any legal action, claims, or disputes resulting from your contribution.
