The Whale Defense Agency (WDA) is not a traditional NGO, but an elite, non-violent intense offensive and defense military-grade anti-whaling force designed to obliterate whaling operations at every level, to put it simply.

Our ranks within WDA are filled with volunteer veterans who have served in Special Forces, Intelligence, PsyOps, and the U.S. Marine Corps Security Force Regiment — these heroes have defended nuclear assets, eliminated global threats, and executed missions in the world’s most hostile environments against terrorists.

Now they are about aid and lead WDA to counter a new rising threat, not often talked about, and that is the new rising challenge of WHALING TERRORISM. Now, these retired elite officers stand united to wage war on whalers, a war that will leave them powerless and broken on every level.

The whaling industry has grown accustomed to dealing with conventional NGOs like Greenpeace, Sea Shepherd, and the Capt. Paul Watson Foundation. These groups fight with outdated, yet still viable tactics and public campaigns. But WDA sees the need to change and to do so rapidly. The typical NGO doctrine of operation is no longer suitable.

The whalers have learned how to handle these existing NGO’s. They’ve developed systems to counter their strategies — neutralizing their legal efforts, and organizational structure, manipulating public narratives, and evading meaningful disruption at sea.

Our highly trained officers will operate covertly to eliminate any trace of evidence, preventing whalers from claiming any legal victories or public support. Their documentation, their so-called proof of operations, will be wiped out. Every move they make will be shadowed, tracked, and manipulated by our intelligence experts — who understand that information is just as deadly as any weapon.
