Update: As of 1/17/2025 @ 6:53 AM (Pacific), the Whale Defense Agency will begin the process of expediting the launch of the new WDA platform. In addition, later today we will reveal a short teaser of what the new website will look like. This new update will enhance our mission and digital presence, allowing WDA to effectively combat whaling through a new digital platform and new terminology that redefines and re-classes whaling and the terms often used. Today, WDA is adapting, changing, and growing faster than the whalers can assume or predict, by design. Today we could launch a website, tomorrow we could reveal a submarine. There is no limit to what WDA can do to end whaling. We have the knowledge, and knowledge is power. WDA website will be offline for a few more weeks as our team finalizes the work, tests the new site and implements increased and enhanced security measures.

These measures now include the ability for WDA to monitor whalers and pro whalers on our website and offline, allowing WDA to create personalized threat-based profiles against pro-whaling entities and crew, with each person assigned a different color to their name, grading them from black, yellow and red. In addition, WDA will be intercepting the live traffic of whalers, to deliver them personalized content that prevents them from collecting intelligence via our website or press releases, enabling WDA to control the flow of information at will.
